If the law passes and no helmets are required in my state. I would still wear mine. I hate eating bugs and my sportbike doesn't have shit for a windshield.

Which is why we shouldn't have to pay for them period. All these social services does is put us deeper in a financial hole. If you are stupid enough to not wear a helmet and wreck, you got to live with the consequences.
