I jumped the gun and bought my Camaro after me and my girlfriend broke up. Was planning on waiting another 6months and placing a factory order, instead took one off the lot. Haven't regretted it yet. Best part was when I went to pick up the rest of my stuff from her in my brand new car.

Not really, just remember that 2 years isn't a long time right now that's 8% of your life that you spent with this lady, so take the good memories and the bad and move on.

same here got out if of my ram and into my camaro my current gf digs it as much as i do. she digs camaros and tattoos. theres a car n girl for every man wait n see...

we do exist! And most of us will even enjoy watching football with you.

This thread reminds me how grateful I am that I found someone who works as hard as I do.... We pay our bills and each have our hobbies, and there's no inferiority complexes because we both earn our dough. Keep your hopes up for "the one" and enjoy your extra Camaro time until she comes along!

One of my Ex BF's moved across the country adn wanted me to move with him. After he treated me like crap while on vacation down there with him, I came home and spent all my money on a Z28 instead of moving lol. Best decision ever. The car stayed with me another 11 years.

I understand what you going through, im fresh out of a 11yr realastionship with her and we have two daughters 8&7.... Its tough really tough having to see what and how.my daughters are feeling right now! Anyway not to to get in detail but we are working things out slowly.. GL bro

Been happily married for 22 years. From 18-21 however had GF that I thought I was in love with. She hated my hot rod truck 64 F150 with 429 Boss and my 78 Pontiac PHX with 4MT and 383. I hated her 30lb. weight gain and her stupid mood swings and how mean she was to her roommate's cat. Didn't even realize how much I was settling at the time.

Met my wife and never looked back. She loves watching football and riding roller coasters. She doesn't really get the whole car thing so I have done most of my mods behind her back. Conversely, I don't get her closet full of shoes that are never worn either. She has done a few minor mods to her Jeep Wrangler and is now wanting to do a lift and bigger tires so progress is being made.

Plenty of fish in the sea OP.
