Are you still in high school? How about you stop talking behind her back and blowing your situation up. Facebook is what kids use to add drama to their lives. If you're going to use it, mass msg your car buddies privately and notify them about the shows. How about you confront her adult to adult and tell her that you've enjoyed her company in the past, but now you don't have time to hang out like you used to? If you claim she has atleast 2 medical issues, why would further provoke them by being a "B" to her?

I have close to 900 fans on fb, I cant message them all privately. And Im looking for advice bc apparently you missed the part where I have used the F off approach and she HARRASSES MY ELDERLY PARENTS BY EMAILING & CALLING THEM CONSTANTLY. Its easier to keep her as a distant "friend" then her harrassing my parents and other friends. Your probably thinking she will eventually stop, well wrong. It went on for 3 mths last time of her constant harrassment of my friends and family.

You're just being too kind and she's mistaking that kindness for weakness. tell her to get lost and not bother you or your family or you will come find her and slap the piss out of her. She'll stop.
Either that or file a restraining order against her - save those voice mails and emails as evidence. Every time she contacts you respond with a polite "I have asked you repeatedly to leave me and my family alone." This adds up to evidence of stalking and a perfectly good excuse to file for that restraining order.
Don't just wish she'd go away, MAKE HER go away.
