I'm surprised no one mentioned one of these yet. Unless they have and I just skimmed over it... Chevy Kodiak.

Depends on what you do with them. I know I'll never off road. Mostly want one to tow my Camaro and other cars.

Like this? This is about as useless to me as a lowered truck is to you. Totally impractical....you can't even go through drive-thru's with this!

Now this? All day!

That truck could do anything, from climb rocks to drive thru 4 feet of snow. And I almost can't get drive thru in my camaro, but that's not something that I consider a vital part of a car that I have

True enough, I guess that's why variety is such a good thing.

I agree on the drive thru comment too.

4 feet of snow?! Here in TN we don't even get 4 inches of snow! The public schools close off of 1 inch of snow. I would go crazy to see a foot or more.

My love for lowered trucks go back to when I was little. My dad had 1977 Ford Ranger, like this one (but it wasn't that clean)

He had it lowered about that much, and it was a 3 speed manual, column shifter. Loved that truck! Sad when it got totaled in a wreck:(

Just as there's a certain degree of lift that's acceptable until it becomes ridiculous, lowering a pickup truck is the most useless and pointless thing ever.

Whats under the hood.... 522 inch 460 based BB Ford. Unreal how much fabrication it took to get that in there with a C6.

Looks great man. I have been thinking about lifting my 2010 Tahoe LTZ. I don't think I would go that high though. I wouldn't be able to get in the f^%$&^g thing without a step ladder. LOL

That's a Lincoln Continental right? What year is it? Can't really tell from that angle. Looks great so far. What kind of suspension and rear end are you running under it?

A 522 BB?! What's the power rating on it?

If you got more info and pics of it please share them!

My parents had a F550 for a while for towing, but it was just too damn big and got ultra-lousy mpg for a diesel, good thing was mpg only went down 1 or 2 when towing, but it was too much truck and tranny to be driving around most of the time.

Sounds like a nice rig, Cali Racing suspension is the shit now go put some 35's under it.

Sux for them, use to run around on 40" Iroks with only a 4.5" lift on my 03 Dodge 1 ton. It kicked ass in the deep stuff up here and also rode great at 70mph on the freeway.

Old pic from the winter of 40's

It also traps 100mph in the 1/4 and put's down 500whp

Speaking from the first page... That Denali is sexy as hell and that F250 beats it to hell and back... if it had a Powerstroke /fail.

I don't understand the inferiority complex with some of you people; because the guy has a big truck he's automatically lacking in other departments? Lol get real, the exact same could be said for your precious Camaros. I do agree in that there are limits to how big one should go though. Anymore than 10" of lift IS useless.

I saw someone mention that lifted F650 on this page would be able to rock climb... are you kidding? That thing would flip in a heartbeat, learn a bit about off roading.

About dropped trucks; you most certainly CAN tow and haul with a lowered truck. It's called air bags. I know of plenty of dropped 350/3500's that tow and haul all day long without any issues. See this pic? This guy is a construction company owner here in Florida. The truck is dropped and on 24s, yet he TOWS AND HAULS.

Ugh. /end rant.
