Huh? Are you talking the car in my signature or this:

^That, is Pontiac trying to emulate the 4th gen high wing spoiler from the Trans Am. On a G6 Coupe. Like Chevy putting haunches and rear quad lights on a Malibu to emulate the Cama-

Yes, the Pontiac's spoiler is so alien to that car, it is still disconcerting to me. Now the 2008 Pontiac G8 fit out properly was a great looking car, really nice.
That's the kinda crap the American car companies were doing over and over again from 1974 till 2003 basically. Then with a few exceptions, the cars now look very updated and appropriate in general.
I find it laughable that these people in the forum argue about the difference in looks between the 5-6 best looking American Muscle cars/Sports cars since 1973.

To me, 2004 and after Corvettes, Mustangs, Camaros, Challengers, Chargers, G8s, all look great when fit out with options. Not to mention the European cars and Super cars and looking forward to the new Viper. Erik

The 2013 still has the same 285 rubber. The traction improvements will have to come from the new suspension and launch control. We'll see how it fairs.
