EDIT: Seriously, though.... I'm the queen of yo-yo dieting. I've been as high as size 14, low as size 4. Couldn't maintain the 4 - it was too much work and deprivation. 8 to 10 seems to be where my body wants to be. But sometimes, that 8-10 looks downright FAT to me, sometimes, it looks good. Depends on how positive I'm feeling about myself - it's much more about attitude than size.

i'm gonna preface this with personality and compatibly come first. After that, I just like for my girl to care about her health and body as much as i do. no strict diet and crap. gym 4-6 times a week and cardio on the off days. where ever you body wants to be with a good routine is where it wants to be. no diet pills, or anything like that for her. she doesn't have to look like Mila Kunis. i'm just fine with a Jessica Biel or Hope Solo. but no Roseanne Barr for me. i don't want a girl who is going to "let herself go" when she gets comfortable.

We are alike in this aspect! Staying a size 6 was really torture for me; my body is happy between a 9 and a 12 so that's where I generally stay, though I go back and forth between the two often. Some days I think I look great, and others I think I look downright fat.

If a women is confortable and confident with her body, I can appreciate it, as long as they have an (insert Sir Mix-a-Lot abjective,noun) I am happy.
