Been a weird first week.

Cam Newton throws for 422 ( A total shock to me but we will see what he does against Green Bay) and loses, Brady thows for 517. Crowd chanting " We want Tebow" in Denver last night. Indy get smashed, Steelers can't hold onto the ball and the Bills ROLL
Crazy.

I personally like the Falcons and Saints, I know gotta choose one, but the both looked bad.

Ingram wasn't reading the holes, if he bounces it outside he scores easily. Julio isn't getting the ball much but the line isn't blocking.

Patriots looked really good last night bt there is alot of football to be played.

In this new NFL defenses are going to be suspect. Less physical practices, less padded practices all make for weak defenses. Colleges practice more than the NFL does and that is sad.

Amen....not many teams will even throw from the 1/2 yard line and Brady threaded the needle...dropped it right over the defender and into Welker's hands. Make fun of his hair all you want....but he's a hell of a QB.

Why do they say it's a 99 yard pass?? The pass was about 20 yards, Welker ran the other 79.... He should get the credit, not Brady (it was a good pass, I'm not denying that, but who REALLY did all the work?)
I've been a huge football fan my whole life, and that's something I'll never understand - why they put the TOTAL yards from a pass play under "passing yards" stats...
