I am over half a century old. I have gotten a flu vaccine since I missed 36 days in first grade. I did skip a couple of years , because I thought I knew everything. I got very sick those years. Whatever works .

Every single year I get the flu shot I get sick as crap that flu season. Anytime I don't- I'm generally fine- better than without. Could be a coincidence but I don't think so.

. Probably been getting a flu vaccine for about 48yrs. Only those couple of years I did not get one was when I got sick. Whatever works for ya.

The flu shot is mandatory for all health care workers in the state of Oklahoma.
So if I have to take it so I won't make YOU sick, then YOU should take it so you don't make the healthcare workers sick.

from people[patients and or visitors] entering a facility who actually HAVE the flu, or are in the early stages of the flu.

Flu symptoms are very identifiable:
~FEVER OF 101 OR HIGHER WITH OR WITHOUT CHILLS
~BODY ACHES
~COUGH &/OR CONGESTION WITH OR WITHOUT SHORTNESS OF BREATH
and in some instances, all of the above accompanied by
~NAUSEA, VOMITING, & DIARRHEA

If you have any of those symptoms, please refrain from visiting a patient that's in the hospital.
You can be contagious up to 24 hrs before your symptoms appear.
If you do not take the flu shot, at least wash your hands frequently, and try to avoid crowded and closed in areas.

Oh man was it a strange night, I was able to eat a couple of spoon fulls of food finally, not very much.

But some how that triggered my sleep cycle like someone dropping a ton of bricks on my head.

Finally in the home stretch, I was able to roll over and go back to sleep all I wanted today. Now I just gotta get food working again.
