While tragic for the family, and I hope they truly find who actually did this to the poor girl and toast them, I really could care less. These folks should have their time to get through this without making it a three-ring circus with drive-by rubber-neckers wanting to somehow make themselves a part of a spectacle. Absurd. But this is what our country has become...age of "The Running Man".
Exactly. It's sickening what passes for entertainment now a days.

I liked what one observer said. "it's the same thing since the beginning: ABC ...Anything But Casey"
i swear if it went much longer she'd have the whole state of Florida in on setting her up. Today the defense has now included the mom in it. Not to mention the dad, the meter reader..etc
He literally said he wasn't saying the meter reader moved the body....and then went on to say just that!
Defense Lawyers=Professional Liars.

good grief judge Seidlin from the anna nicole case is giving his opinion. why do networks keep asking this clown's opinion?

After Summation

Hmmm...I think she's guilty only because she hid the fact that the child is dead. The fact is: she knows how her child got into a trash bag and thrown into a swampy woods...that alone should put her away for life. If she had a conscience, that should amount to the equivelent of a death penalty!!! I don't think she will get murder one, but if they sentenced her only 1 month for every lie to the officials...it would be a life sentence!

Remember people innocent till proven guilty. Honestly, I hope she fries! Knowing Florida and it's penalties, she probably will. If proven guilty. Problem is all evidence is circumstantial. It points to EVERYBODY!. Also, I can't believe the father, whom is a ex-homicide detective, lies on the stand. The whole thing is screwed up!. Well, jury is in deliberation, so we will find out soon.

Jury will be in deliberation tomorrow after the prosecution finishes with rebuttal. IMO...she's guilty but she we will not be convicted of murder. The state didn't do it's job...they didn't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. Don't forget we( the public) are privileged with more info than the jurors. She will get aggravated manslaughter or manslaughter...she will get 30 years prob only serve 20 or so. But then again they will appeal and she will prob have it overturned. We shall see soon enough.

I see from some of the answers here, that i really dont want to be judged by a jury of my peers as they call it............ I want to be judged let's say in a place like CT. a place where there are a lot of liberals, this way i wont get the death penalty if found guilty, gotta love them LIBS..LOL ..i am sure if you were in this situation, you at least would want to keep you life..haha have a nice day..luv ya man!!
