Oh I don't doubt it. What I was trying to say was that if I had an SSR, I wouldn't be using it like a Ute, aka going to Home Depot and throwing stuff in the bed.

Although I have seen it done before...

If they did a retro one and it looked good like the Camaro and was almost as light as the original....that would be kool. I couldn't have one, Id want one tho. I have three kids, so it wouldn't fit me.

so instead of calling it an el camino, we just call it a Caballero?

the original El Caminos, Caballeros, and Rancheros were marketed as Sport trucks.
