My opinion on the 392 is still out...waiting to see some at the track.
I think you'll be impressed. It felt very strong

I love the looks of the new challenger and the 392 seems like one bad N/A mofo! Just wish it wasn't as expensive

Nice... Love the white and blue. Hate the 2011 wheels and door handles. I had a 2010 R/T auto at my disposal yesterday. My brief thoughs:

Much more "luxury" than the Camaro. There was much more attention to detail in the back. It rides awesome and much better visibility. There was much more room in it as well. It didn't have that "chopped top" feel. The exterior of the car is just awesome.

Performance wise, the 5.7 Hemi mated to the auto is a DOG! With that said, it was enough if you just want a nice... very nice... DD. The one I had was a Furious Fuchsia edition. Yes it belongs to a girl! A guy driving around in a PINK car is like a guy taking a puppy to the park... all the girls look!

All in all, comparing the R/T to the SS (since thats the market comparison, NOT the SRT) the R/T is hands down the winner in comfort and gingerbread. The Camaro is by far a better performer.

Also, the sticker on the R/T was $39,100. My 2SS/RS LS3 was $36,900... I guess I'd expect a little more luxury. I will retract all my statements about the Challenger being over priced. Its just.... different. Your paying for some class.

I'd never trade up but i would like to drive a manual R/T and an SRT.

For those who disagree on what the market comparison is:

Challenger SE - Camaro LT - Mustang V6

Challenger R/T - Camaro SS - Mustang GT

Challenger SRT - Camaro ZL1 - GT500

The Challenger is behind the 8 ball in all 3 segments performance wise but has the edge on the other two in luxury.

Beauty and the beast:

None of the pics really pick up the true color of the car. its VERY pink. The other pics I have taken all look like RJT. Here is one that shows the color and the special interior on the FF edition.

The one had for the day had the white seats. The passenger seat is already blue after about 7000 miles. Looks like the passenger should start riding in their underwear. It really looks pretty bad.

Very nice. There's a purple one with white graphics in my neighborhood - even has a blower.

But I still think the Camaro is the best looking of the 3 retro muscle cars...

I will sincerely disagree on the performance. Maybe we just got a great running auto but our's hauls balls. Ran a 13.4@104 bone stock. Same times the Camaro SS's (auto/manual) run at our local track. Race weight with me was 4,280.

Since I have added a tune and replaced the rear mufflers which do nothing for performance but weigh less. I am positive with some traction it would run high 12's.

I will say Dodge really handicapped the auto. 2 1/4" exhaust, open differential, 3.06 gear, etc... Very corked up. I personally feel with LT's, 2.5/3" full exhaust, converter, 3.73 posi, cam, and lightweight wheels and tires with some good drag radials you are looking at a low 12 sec. car on just about any strip in the country...possibly high 11's.

BTW - the auto is the quicker of the R/T's just like the new 2011 Mustang GT.

They start at 42555 I believe, (basically what a Mustang GT or SS tops out at and meets or exceeds them on features at that price).

45k for a ZL1? maybe 55k...........
