Both kids were suspended. According to a statement from the school, the bully recieved a longer suspension. Both kids were suspended because the school policy mandates a suspension for all parties of a fight.

I can't believe that string bean was dumb enough to pick on a guy that out weighed him by about 100LBs. Sounded like he broke several bones when he hit. I never saw anyone get slammed like that before. My hats off to the kid for sticking up for himself.

My wife is a high school teacher and the district has a zero tolerance policy on fighting. Unfortunately, that means both parties get suspended. It's in all fairness as to not show support for eaither, as was mentioned above. Can't say I agree with it, thats just the way it is. We actually taked about the video lastnight, she agrees that it was pretty great the bully got slammed like that.

I heard of a story where some prisoners tried to sue the state because their cookies were broken, cruel and inhumane???? Not in the least bit.
