just got a phone call & they are starting tests next week.

Had to tell my boss whats going on that way she can tell everyone that I am taking time off to deal with my husband, NOT just taking time off, to relax.

well yesterday he had a Drs appointment & again NOTHING. but they are doing a MRI on his brain (they will not find it in his head lol) & a Spinal Tap (taking some of the spinal Fluid from his spine & checking it)

to make things worse around here, about new years even time, My daughter started getting an odd rash. she has an appointment on the 14th of next month.

Praying for an answer and healing for your husband. I'm praying for you as well. It is very difficult to see someone you love in pain every day. Take care of yourself.

Well As he starts doing the tests, they start crossing things off the list.

& the first thing they Crossed off after a MRI was MS. Thats the good news.

But now more tests go on & we still dont know what is going on with him.
thats the bad news

well has it really been 3 months since I last posted to this tread?
well just shy of a month ago he was diagnosed, cant say with what yet. hes got to go via Military channels first.

after fighting with our dr to get him on some of the new tested meds for this condition, (hes finally finding out he can do some things with out the pain)

Then the sign of all signs came today, went down to check the mail & we got a newsletter from the VA & he was reading it & stopped. He read it out loud & I started crying, its something I been researching for for a while. & finding out that about 2% of all veterns that served in the First Gulf war (that was deployed) has this & its finally getting linked. NO its not Gulf war sickness. It is linked to it though

OMG I cant believe it, hes looking in at doing a claim.

Now the bad news, when he does it he will end up losing both his jobs, since he is still serving & his civilian job is linked to his military.
but he said he is going to & is looking in to it.

18yrs of not knowing, has finally came to an end..

Thank god.
