We just completed our "family" meeting discussing our goals. Eating better, working out more and with that the weight will come off. I plan to drop over 100 lbs. But for now it is best to start concentrating on getting back into eating correctly and working out again.

I'm in. I have gained about 7 lbs and I need to lose that plus another 20. I want to tone up, get back to eating right and exercising. I will doing Weight Watchers, walking and, I'm hoping to get back to my advanced deep water total body water aerobics class (once I get cleared from the orthopedic specialist.)

Buy Z28 fom Becky as that would be the ultimate weight loss for my sexy.

When I'm driving Veteran1 , I automatically lose 50 lbs , but gain it back once I stepp out........

Figure the new Z28 is good for at least 100 lbs.................

We all need to make sure we measure the inches we lose and not focus on what the scale says. Working out and toning your muscles will add more weight than dieting alone.

My wife and I did weight watchers last year and still doing it. So far I lost 103 and my wife lost 51. We feel a whole lot better and enjoying life a lot more. All it was is learning how to eat right. We never staved and still eat pizza twice a week. Of course I only eat 2 slices instead of at least half. So lets do it and feel better.

GREAT JOB. My wife and I did weight watchers last year for 6 months and I lost over 30. But we then stopped going and fell back to old habits. Hard to break those when we have such busy life styles. But we are recommitting with the help of getting our entire family involved this time around.

It looks like I will be joining Weight Watchers again... I worked better than anything else I've tried in the past. I hope to be posting some good results soon.

Honestly, its the only thing that has worked for me. I love the fact it is a long term solution and not just a quick fix. Good luck to everyone and lets see those pounds fall off!

That is great guys!! Glad to see people finding stuff that works, but what is this quiting and going back to old habits. Come on, you are better than this. And for those that continue to go after 6 months, is this just for the support? Once you learn to eat right, make healthy choices, do you need that support to continue, or are you ready to take this challenge on yourself? HOw about a little "I CAN DO THIS, I AM BETTER THAN THIS, I CAN CONTROL MYSELF"??

There is a huge difference when you sit down to eat, or look for a snack and tell yourself "I NEED THIS". As opposed to, what you are trying to convince yourself is "I WANT THIS". NEED and WANT are 2 different things.. you need HEALHTY food, you WANT junk food. Learn to overcome that WANT and tell yourself you don't need it, what I NEED is some smart decisions and I just made one by walking by that bad food.
