If one thing is for sure, GM has sure stepped it up with it's interiors. I CAN NOT wait to see what the production Camaro interior will be like.

GM hit another home run with this one. LOVING THE INTERIOR!!!
Its very good, even in the 1LT I sat in. Looked much higher class than either the mustang or challenger, at least. And I think it has much more character than the corvette.

As for LaCrosse vs. Invicta - I think the LaCrosse looks much better. Although the port holes should be on the side of the car, not the front, IMHO.

This car is beautiful. I actually saw it in person last year at Disney during the Executive meetings. They had it parked in front of the Dolphin and it was one of the best new cars I saw (and I usually am not a big fan of anything Buick). You couldn't open it, but from the outside the interior reminded me of the new CTS-which I love.

BTW, it is the "Allure" instead of Lacrosse here in Canada for the reasons you mentioned!

I wonder how many LaCrosse owners have driven up to Canada for a vacation and were utterly confused when everyone looked at the nameplate and started cracking up...

It such a classy looking car. I have been looking at it for a little while now because my dad is looking for a new company car in about a year to replace his impala ss (i like to start researching early, real early) and this could be a possibility along with the pontiac g8 and chevy malibu. I wish they would have changed the name to invicta. It's such a cool name. Anyway, anyone know or have any guess on what the base model (cx) is going to be priced at or around? I cant remember where but one site guessed it to be starting just under 24,000. Which to me is a hell of a bargain. But I expect it to be a bit higher. Even though it does ride on the same platform as the malibu, the lacrosse should be atleast maybe 3 grand more because of the engine and transmission that comes standard.

Well, the current LaCrosse starts at ~26,500. I can't imagine this beauty starting anywhere below $27k. Still a Bargain imo, the interior looks on par with the CTS.

Agreed. In fact, I'd rather see something like brushed aluminum than wood grain - just seems snobbish...
