No bias just truth? I'll have to disagree. How about refuting just that skidpad number I mention above? You find me a body on frame Caprice or Impala that can deliver those kind of numbers in stock trim and I'll reconsider. Worth mentioning, CVPP brakes are better too, although the Impala/Caprice wore decent stoppers itself they weren't going to be nearly as resistant to fade.

I love both cars, but the cold hard facts are the Marauder and the new CVPI break no new ground in the body on frame car segment and in reality the Marauder only matched the Impala SS of nearly 10 years before and the CVPI in many regards still lacts behind the 9C1s of that era. As for brakes, the stopping distances are identical and I have NEVER heard of a fade issue. In fact the Impala/9C! got their own specific brake packages and where the ONLY B-bodies to get 4 wheel disks (compared to the different disk/drum setups available on the rest).
