Bought it when I was still active duty US Army. Made good money then.
Now I am retired collecting disability for injuries in Iraq.
Only 31 going to college to hopefully get a good job minus the physical labor.

25 years as a mental health therapist (not a highly compensated field), grown kids, small house bought 20+ years ago, no other debts............... That about sums it up. And I got a really good deal. It is my daily driver. I did not need an SS, could not have afforded it anyway (comfortably). So I did not over extend myself. Never have.
