Oh man, major meltdown today. Backstory: So I'm the project lead for the b2c website and it's integration into our new ERP/CRM system. I'm acting manager supervising a freelance web developer (to build the website), and a software engineer working for the company contracted to build our ERP/CRM (he's working on the integration layer).
  • Testing the site all week
  • Found errors, split them into two categories--web developer fixes, and software guy fixes
  • sent lists to both guys and got a reply back from the software engineer that he quit the company and if I want his help, we'll have to contract him

F*^$*&%% freelance people!
