What's up C_C? Hung over?
Looks like a whore lite day. Well, I had spring fever today with it being 72 here in MD, so was outside messin' round in the yard enjoying every moment of it! Prolly what others were doin' too. I'll check back later.

keep running and eat 5-6 times a day lots of protien and veggies no sugar.

Hey, 5, you watching the NHRA Winternationals at Pomona? I've kinda lost touch. Are they still running 1/8 mile because of Scott Coletta's death? I'm seeing some phenomenal times if they're running a 1/4 mile!
