My 2 cents worth, that is just another round in a game and if you are serious about her games usually fail big time. While it may be hard, my experience is that the best action is a direct one. Talk to her about it, let here know where you stand, ask her where she is at.

You may not get an immediate answer, don't press for it, she either decide to deal with it and make things right or walk away, either way you are far better off than entering in to a new game, she may not even be aware of how she is coming off to you.

Surviving many years of marriage is my base for this advice for what it is worth, but I can say that life has been a lot easier when we reduced the games and drama and just started communicating, the only down side is sometimes you will have to hear things you don't want to and in your situation she may figure the game is over and end it. Better that than being strung along...
