I tried it for a month like 5 years ago and while it did most certainly suck, it showed me a lot of good foods that I wouldn't have otherwise tried.

Mini pizzas using portobello mushrooms instead of crust with Morningstar farms veggie sausage FTW. It's good if I've got a hankering but I'm watching the calories.
