I am so jealous, this is the ideal situation. I can pretty much guarentee without using fancy equations if you have lost inches (looser clothes) and gained weight you undoubtably lost fat and gained muscle!!!!!!!!!!! Every body builders ultimate goal.

So far so good! Up to now I lost 22 lbs...9 more to go in the next 5 weeks!

Eating right, and 30 mins on the treadmill...however, it's definitely work...but worth it in the long run !

I MUST REVISE THIS STATEMENT. In an effort to give everyone here the most accurate advice I can. Since this statement I went out to tackle my driveway, especially after my last two workouts, where as I am a hurtin' puppy to begin with, shoveling has kicked my ass and I'm only 1/3 done. So with that said if you had anywhere near the 14" we have had here take a break, you deserve it.

9 Lbs in 5 weeks is in fact right in line with proper weight loss. Where as fat/weight loss does not happen systematically it may be challenging but certainly a reasonable goal.

I totally get this and I try to believe it, but when you're 50 pounds overweight and busting your ass to fix it, it's hard to remember that it's not just about the pounds

I DO feel great and I know I'm making huge strides (especially mentally) to get healthy, but I sure would like to see big losses each week to put the icing on the cake...err....I mean.....the natural peanut butter on the celery.

I'll tell you from experience, after not eating junk food for a while, if you did(,but don't,) it would discust you. It's a conspiracy by the food manufacturers, the crap they put in foods is designed to make you crave more, your body does not require it and does not process it properly thus excessive fat gain and all kinds of other health problems, once you purge your system of it the body gets back to processing food digestion properly and eating it is gross but as it was designed to do your body again will start to adjust and crave it. Someone should dope slap the food manufacturers with one exception, mother nature, her food is the best.

Oh, well, I already knew that...but you have to understand that most women are emotional eaters.

I am already a vegetarian...but love seafood and I love vegetables ! I don't care for dairy except for a little milk in my coffee..don't like juice..just water.
