I got hosed by the taxi ride in Vegas two weeks ago. From the airport to Luxor 23 bucks. Harrahs to the airport 11 bucks lol.

I always had free transportation in Vegas.... and i never had my own car.....

looks like the deals for flights and hotel for 4 nights is around 700-750 per person. not too shabby

That is becuase they charge a $3 fee when you are picked up at the airport. It is also much easier to drive from Harrah to the airport, than Luxor to the airport. Harrah's might be a little further but the drive is more direct.
