Poor Merle he was such an inspiration, and just as he was about to turn his life around for the better, here comes the Gov. to bite his fingers off. The man went down like a true soldier!

Merle definitely redeemed himself. I think he was beginning to realize that while he had differences with the prison group, they were the only ones who were willing to let him stay, despite their reservations.

Ditto here. I was happy to see him let Michonne go, she's saved the whole group more than once. But I wish he would've gotten the shot on the dang governor....he's getting annoying. This last episode should be pretty good!

I just started reading the comic books, a friend dropped off 108 episodes. They read quick.
They are enough different from the show that spoilers don't happen. Andrea and Dale are an item, Carol hooked up with Tyreese, after she saw Tyreese and Michone hook up she put the moves on Lori, then Rick. Daryl and Meryl aren't in the comics yet, don't know if they appear. The clash between Michone and the Governor is more disturbing than anything in the series so far. I am bummed that Meryle died last week, his character, no matter how much of a jerk he acted like he was the most interesting and the acting was top notch, probably the best out of all the actors. |
