Victoria is 31 miles away from home, 41 miles from work, and she'll be 65 miles away during the summer. Going great though, the Camaro just gets a lot of miles! Hope it works out for ya.

Yes high flow cats are legal in most states. California is the big no no on exhaust modifications. This is why you see alot of manufactures putting "49 state legal" on their Ads.

Alot of it has to do with the location of the Cats from factory, changing cats from their factory location, or changing Cats that are still functional I believe is illegal federally.

For the most part I think as long as your exhaust passes state
inspections and emissions you are good to go (Oklahoma doesn't test, so I am not 100% sure)

We don't have inspections or emissions anymore. I just don't want to get a ticket for noise.

Edited my response a bit.

If you don't have inspections or emissions then you should be fine. Unless a cop carries around a decibal reader I wouldn't worry about it.

High Flow cats still muffle the sound ALOT, it is nothing like running straight. I am running high-flow cats, aftermarket 3" Magnaflow Comp exhaust, and I haven't had a problem yet.
