Even if they couldn’t make it wider having replacable sections may be an advantage if they do get damaged.

CAMI strike over.

CAMI still not named lead Equinox production plant.

Translation: GM's threats worked.

Oh I'm sure GM engineers can come up with something much stronger than a composite control arm for my RC car. I did not know concrete was considered a composite though, interesting!

Actually more detail in that front end shot than we've seen to date. I did say "we will see"

I've been underwhelmed by the spyshots of the mid-engine Vette as well, but will reserve full judgement until I see production trim on both vehicles.

You mean the rejected design for the 2019 Silverado?

Somewhere at Warren Tech Center, some engineer pulled up those spy photos, saw that front fascia and panicked thinking FCA had stolen a Chevrolet IVER.

Bvonscott at GMI about the T1XX trucks...

Quote:
Crease along body like the Yukon
It will be 2" taller and also wider than current truck
The front axle was moved forward and front overhand decreased to allow the cab to grow in size
New front suspension design
The new headlight/led running light assemblies will be aggressive
There is an all new bed design
Confirmed 6.2 V8 and a Diesel (with badging on fender)
Obviously the square bumper exhausts
New interior has larger controls, bigger better design, push start, a lot more legroom in the back,
and.....

REAR AIR

Front end of that Dodge looks like a Toyota Tacoma to me. And that is not a good thing.
