I guess the only way to know which I like better is to test drive one. I'm sure I would lose my azz trading right now, but I've done crazier stuff. It will have to totally blow me away to step away from the SS. I like the styling much better than the Mustang.

its gone 11.85 now, within 15 hundredths of topping that list and it still hasnt been fully tuned, no aftermarket intake (just k&n) and still runs the factory "headers" not aftermarket ones. and sure it had 3.73 gears, but thats a factory option, so gears wouldnt be on a mod list on it. now if they went 4.10s or 4.30s then u can add it as a mod.

im guessing when they nail down the tune, and maybe go with some longtubes, they will be seeing 11.6x which is great, just before roll cage territory.

i want to know where the mustang is missing though, its trapping 2-4mph quicker than the top camaros, but running slower. its 60' is good. wonder if its shifting?

11.85 @ 117MPH with a 1.64 60ft
11.82 @ 118MPH with a 1.63 60ft

found 11.82. for 405whp that's pretty serious.

Mustangs have a history of taking well to mods. I figured this one would too.

I agree its cool Ford stepped up the HP with the Mustang for 2011 but I gotta ask most every single one of your post is Mustang Pro.

jekyl, because I am not a slave/drone/zombie to one car company, I'm a consumer I can drive a camaro and like other cars, I didn't know that was a rule.

once you go camaro you never go back or something?
