As Dan LeBetard says, they Lie. Everyone Lies. "they" said Richard Sherman was going to be traded. "they" say a lot of things.

This explanation still makes zero sense.

Atlanta's defense holds the best offense in the NFL to 13 points. Outstanding performance.
On to Philadelphia next Saturday.

So, maybe it'll be the Bills and the Panthers winning tomorrow...being that I'm 0/2 on my predictions!

Guice is a decent back, but he isn't Barkley. Barkley is a unique talent, and the weakest link of the Lions is their running game. Barkley would turn this part of their game to one of strength.

It's extremely difficult for an offense to be just one dimensional and win, which is what the Lions have been with Stafford. Pass only. Stafford has done an exceptional job, imagine how well he would fare with a great running game.

Barkley fit's the Lions like Terrell Davis fitted the Broncos.

There isn't a better option for Detroit. Give your first 3 picks away if you have to. Get Barkley.

As long as Nick Chubb’s knee holds up, he will be a fine back in the nfl, IMO.

And Jeff Tripplette retires the day after. How ironic

Divisional games next week.

Falcons at Eagles. Falcons win.
Why?
Philadelphia is not the same offense without Carson Wentz. Philadelphia does have a good run defense, but they don't have anyone who can guard Julio Jones. Look for Jones to have a big game. He will be doubled the entire game, which will open up opportunities for other ATL receivers as well who will be in single coverage. Matt Ryan doesn't need to play great, just good.

ATL's defense has eliminated silly penalties that plagued them earlier in the season, and are coming off their best game so far this year. Nick Foles has his hands full. If he struggles, Nate Sudfeld could come into the game, he looked much more competent than Foles when he was in the game in week 16.
If Wentz was playing, the Eagles win.

Jaguars at Steelers. Steelers win.
Why?
Ben Rothlisberger had one of his worst games ever in OCT vs. the Jags. This is his shot for redemption, Antonio Brown will be ready to go. Playoff experience in favor of the Steelers as well.

Saints at Vikings. Vikings win.
Why?
The Vikings are the most complete team in the NFC, and have the best defense in the NFL.
The Saints have had a big reduction in running yards facing better defenses, and now they face the best in the NFL.
Drew Brees is capable of having an outstanding game, but the Saints defense will have to play their very best as well, for the Saints to have a chance.
Case Keenum also has no playoff experience. He has however appeared composed every game he has played so far. He should be able to control his nerves.

Titans at Patriots. Patriots win.
Why?
The Patriots offense is just too much for Tennessee. Look for Gronkowski to have a good day. Titans don't have anyone who can guard him.
The Patriot defense looks suspect from their regular season play, but this isn't the first year they have. They will elevate their play during the playoffs.

I'll buy that Joe M. Oh, I would love to have Barkley, I just feel we are more than just one player away, even someone of Barkley talent. Don't think Quinn will risk it. He needs 5 players out of this draft, not just one.

Thankfully, Paul Allen didn't let John Schneider interview with the Packers. He's ours until 2021...hopefully longer.
