I was watching "My 600-lb Life" last night on TLC and I don't get how ppl can let themselves get that bad.

It's so sad. Then to top it off the girls mom was big herself and kept picking on her daughter about her weight. I felt sorry for the poor girl. I told Danny he had permission to leave my ass if I ever went over 180.
