Is the service star the one you get for just killing a bnuch of guys? or is it the "spend 100 hours doing ___"?

Its for points earned... I know for silver star 2 it's 35000. Not sure about the first one....

Rogue Leader I tend to have the same problem with certain games. I havent had this issue with BF3 on the PC. the Motions seem to be smooth enough and there isn't really any bobbing while running as I have come across with other FPS's. I would rent a copy of it though first to be sure.

So its different than modern warfare? because MW2 made me VERY ill.

I don't know if it would help motion sickness or not, but I know you can adjust the field of view in BF3. Maybe that would help you out?

Yes, It took me a while to adapt to CODMW2. Couldnt play for more than a 1/2 our at a time. I played BF3 for a good 2-3 hours the other night with no problems.

Another one that got me ill was Force Unleashed. I purchased the Steam Star Wars package last month and started playing it the other night. Couldnt play for more than 15 min, had to put it down.

yup....BF3 on xbox is not as fun as being on the PC. I played a few matches on xbox and it was kind of slow with max of 24. Although I did get more opportunities to use the Jets which was pretty fun. They're also much easier on the xbox for me to control vs the pc version.
Just cant wait till I get my PC back from the shop so I can begin to play BF on the pc instead.

Not to bash on MW3...but, all my MW3 cultist buddies joined the dark side of bf3, all of them already sold or shelved their copies of mw3, mwahaha!!!!

I just can't get used to the xbox controller after getting used to the precision of the mouse and keyboard combo again... Controller just feels so slow and clumsy in comparison.

I just can't get used to the keyboard after getting used to the comfort of the controller... Keyboards just feels so goofy and unnatural in comparison.

My friends love the solo aspect of mw3 multiplayer. I wish I could convert them as well.

I was like that back in the day when I was switching from the PSX to PC , now I can't imagine gaming any other way.My PS3 is for playing blu-ray movies
