yeah... lmao.. its ok.. But yeah.. right now I am H pipe, resonators and no mufflers.. sounds good but only in the low RPMS.. even 2500 to 3000 its good only in like 1st gear.. after that its like weird.. so bought the resonated X pipe.. will put that and remove h pipe and resonators.. the only part that im deciding is muffler delete or go back to my cherry bomb... I think it should sound nice with cherry bomb.. I mean when I had them before it was loud and loss of drone cuz it was the actually v8 catback with X pipe.. so I think that with the Headers, X pipe and Cherry bomb axle back, it should sound good and probably have no much drone/rasp.. be not so loud under normal acceleration..

I guess worse come to worse.. I can also just go back and remove the axle back and do muffler delete.. because the axle back part that ill be putting its all clamp on...

think so?? ok.. thats one for the mufflers.. zero for no mufflers so far...

On a side note.. I never meant to offend anyone.. i reached out to the v8 section for tips on how to check for leaks on the headers.. usually, when I post stuff over in the v6 section ppl ignore my threads.. in here.. its good.. you guys are awesome.. anyways..

I understand. When I want to know something real technical, I usually post in the v8 threads too. They answer real quick

I would definitely do mufflers btw

Hey I found a guy selling brand new GM performance exhaust for $450 plus $50 shipping , Are these worth it , or if I want a nice loud exhaust with some horsepower gains is it better to go another route?

If you want loud, that's definitely not the one to buy. If you want a loud exhaust with nice tone I'd look into the mrt. Either mrt 1 or 2 depending on your personal preference

I would go with mufflers. I personally think straight pipes on the v6 sounds horrible (sorry if I offend anyone)

Thanks , I was pretty much thinking that, a thread below has the subject of exhaust in it. I have listen to a couple of clips and they sound better than stock but not what I am looking for really, Just the price was so damn good .
