Scivation whey, 2 scoops post workout with 1 cup of raw oats in it, and sometimes another 2 scoops later in the day.

Usually post work out 2 scoops ON protein 1 scoop maltidextrose and water.IMHO post work out drinks should be designed to get protein to your muscles as fast as possible (within 20 min of workout) other ingreidients especially fat slow down the digestion. If it's not post workout I use ON protein 2 scoops (chocolate), 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup raw oats, 2-3 tsp udo's choice and a handful of crushed ice this also serves as a meal replacement .

I like Monster Milk, Muscle Milk and Opt Nutrition Pro Complex. All 3 are loaded with vitamin, minerals and BCAA's. Drinking them will depend on my training. I usually have one as soon as I wake up in the morning, then get myself going, then have breakfast. Also, always after a good hard workout.. and if in hardcore training, before bed.

Out of all of them the only one i have heard of before would be Muscle Milk.. now my dilemma is the only place I can really work out at is in school.. I'm not allowed to carry protein in a baggy because it could be mistaken for drugs, then i have to have a way to keep it all cold... any ideas?

Down another 2 pounds.

Not lifting as much as I would like... just too many days between workouts... I'll keep lifting when I can cus It breaks up the cardio... but I'm on a nice track with the weight loss...

already down one hole on the belt

I always take an empty dry water bottle and put a couple scoops of protein in it. Just add water when your ready to drink it.....Not sure if they would still mistake that for drugs...

I drink muscle milk after my workout, I get it out the machine, it's in a container already mixed and ready to go, I know you can buy them that way, and also smoothie king has protien mix called the gladiator, 0 fat and only 1 carb, and you can buy them in the big containers or small packs that makes 1 serving at a time.

Everytime you get tempted just think of all the hard work you have put into this and get an attitude and think I am better than this, I CAN stay focused!
Thats what works for me! And if anyone trys to tempt you, nod and smile!

I gave into temptation today. Been craving a Wahoos chicken bowl (chicken, black beans, brown rice/calories 1050).

BUT. I got the kids size. Only 480 calories. For breakfast: Boiled egg, piece of toast (total 190 calories). Snack: Bag of grapes, a few cashews.

Goal for today, burn that off at the gym!! And im so sore. Yesterday I lifted weights and bent the sapphire ring skip bought ne so much I could barely get it off.
