It's weird. A radio frequency that used to be an open frequency that I used for my FM transmitter now has a radio station on it that wasn't there before...

how far from the city do you live? call the local fire dept. they should do scheduled fire hydrant bleeds. ask them if they can hook a hose to it and dump it into your tanks.
