In order to be A MUSLIM you have to believe in Christianity too so its hard for me to understand why there is so much hatred. Maybe because religion is intertwined with politics and I am almost convinced now that all religions (although good in general) have been man made to control the masses.

I do believe in a one God but its nothing like we have been taught whether you are Muslim, Christian, Jewish or any other faith. I honestly believe there is a huge gap of information that is missing from our understanding and its been kept that way deliberately to keep us in control.

I believe in the power within "us" so much more now. I believe in humanity and Love for other fellow humans and creatures. Its time we stopped to think about this and its time we find that missing link!

You guys really made a difference to how I am feeling today. Thank you for all your support and kind words, I know I can get over this, but yesterday I felt completely lost and crushed and had to pull on every strength I had to cope.

Prayers for all of you too, that you will succeed in all walks of life!
That's the HOT ticket! That was our goal.

This IS a great community here. Nice people.

Sure do...

Don't think I'm belittling your problems, but when things get tough I remember the young lady I've known since we dated after hi-school...Long story short, she married, (not to me) had 4 lovely girls. A truck pulled in front of her, she t-boned it, 3 of the girls died instantly, the remaining girl will mentally never be the same. Mom recovered, only to live with that for the rest of her days. I can't even fathom the depths of depression she went to and it wasn't even her fault. What do you say to her? All I could do was listen to her story, I was speechless.

Allah...Jehovah...Same God, but the sects split at Jacob and Esau if I remember correctly. Oh well, brothers have been fighting since Cain and Abel, but I've never seen believer and non-believer get along as well as in this thread, even tho they're wrong muahaha.

Humble yourself and He will listen to what you have to say.

The consensus? We are and should be here for each other.

Right?

Matrix - feel free to send any one of us a private message if you want to talk "offline."

Cheers, folks.

I believe in "find out when you die" because that's when we find out if there is life after death or not.

I wasn't raised religiously. I've been told that when I was 5 my mom asked if I wanted to go to bible school, I asked whats a bible. I have my own beliefs. I believe in God as 'the Great Engineer' or, from an earlier time, the 'Prime Mover'. I believe that the universe has to exist for some reason, but this reason is beyond human understanding. The universe was created with a set of laws, then left to develop. I believe that religions were created for the purposes of explaining the world before science. I believe that the bible, and other holy books, are great for understanding what is right and what is wrong.

Lastly, good job to all the members for keeping this respectful
