PS - the doctors kept giving him steroids to counter the alergic reaction. He had to find a naturist to find out it was an allergy...........doctors are glorified pill pushers too often.
He can have anything & everything he wants with out having his allergy attacts.

Glueton free stuff is everywhere now, I have a co worker who is this way as well, but there is rice flour & other flours out there that contain no wheat.

We know.................it is NOT the same!! You are talking to two NY Italians, bread is EVERYTHING!! No semolina, no italian bread, no Canoli, no sfogliatelle, no Pasta (rice pasta is horrrrrrrible).

I appreciate the comment and the advise.......thanks, it is just no where near the real deal............he is not happy about it.

He is actually able to eat it in small doses and not show a side effect, but too much and the skin on his hands cracks and peels and bleeds..........weird, I thought originally he had some skin disease...........strange it came out in his hands!!

Sometimes it's bull, when I was younger I was told that I was allergic to potatoes, cats, and pollen. The next day I went with my friends to mcdonald's (I was about 10 years old) and had a lot of french fries, I went home and nothing, no allergic reaction. So I had the test redone and it turned out that I'm only allergic to pollen.

Unfortunately, I've been allergic to pollen my whole life, and right now I'm experiencing an allergic reaction as spring is slowly starting to come back. It lasts until the beginning of may.

I have this problem as well. Generally speaking, I itch a lot. Moreso when I work out and start sweating.

Please expand on the "lactic acid" thing. I'd like to hear more about this.

Quick question for the op...dose your skin get really itchy when it gets wet...like even moisture related? I had this problem and it drove me nuts for years cause I never broke out in any rashes...just itched like crazy.I would shower a few times daily and moisturize my skin like crazy only hoping it would get better...it only got worse. In the shower my skin would start itching then under really hot water would give me an adrenaline like feeling....Finally I broke down and went to a dermatologist...come to find out that I have excema but only a mild case. He perscribed me a topical steroid cream to apply when i started itching more than normal and told me to take zertec on a daily basis...I have yet to have a problem. The best thing you can do is go see a skin doc.
