Funny how I keep stalling on pulling the trigger.

Didn't get the $65 13 DVD one, farted around again.

But once again saved even more money.

New 13 DVD P90X set, $43 shipped

Dare I wait any longer???

It's awesome. The yoga is 1.5 hourslong and a pain in the ass, but you gain flexibility. You will change your body fast.

Good luck and stick with it.

mine should be back sometime this week. Nobody was home to sign for it so UPS kept it and the note they left blew away. So hopefully I will be able to start by next weekend. Anybody else a member on beachbody.com?

Loved P90x..... the plus vids were good as well and I saw great results on the food plans and workouts. Now doing Insanity mixed in with the strength stuff from P90 as a maintainer and to reach some final goals I set for myself.

Like some, I still like iron at times. Guess it takes me back to my college days but I don't need to be benching/curling/squating the weight I once did.
p90 is not meant for adding crazy mass IMO....some can be added because it is all about reps so make sure you give the program some time.......
I find myself doing the p90 strengths now to maintain some muscle mass. But I am building still..... for sure getting stronger.

For those that have mentioned Insanity..... three words..... OMG!!!!!! Like BB I dread some days. But when I get done I feel great. Good luck to all doing the programs and remember "Bring it" and don't forget to "Push' how many times you heard those words LOL

Damn - I have a work out in 3 hours. Glad I saw the thread I was starting to think of an excuss not to work out tonight. but you guys and gals have me motivated again.

For the guy that's 14 & isn't lifting yet - we were lifting at school at the age of 13-14 years old. Just talk to your doctor to get the ok to lift weights & start when you feel like it. Sometimes you can just give em a call & they'll let you know.

BTW - just wondering what type of equipment you need for this "p90x"?
