Depends...do you 'fit' in the 12v socket?

Kidding: You should not have to choose. A good mate will love you no matter what you drive/own. Any mate that will ask you to choose - move on. They have control issues.

CAVEAT to that: If you are stretching your budget or blowing it completely and the mate says NO...then you better listen to the mate.

Even though, I think I stated somewhere in a previous thread. That I would not let my wife drive my '10' camaro or '82' Vette. (cars she drives, tend to get dented) But, I would NEVER pick a car over her. I would sell both of them for her we needed to. (going on 32 years) She is my whole life. And I still look forward to seeing her at the end of my work day, and I come straight home. She doesn't get upset about the car thing. She drives a 300C. So shes styling... but with a couple of small dent already. lol

If your wife or husband EVER tries to stab you. I would seriouly rethink the relationship. That is NOT funny! There is NO excuse for that type of abuse or behavior. If you love someone, why would you ever try an harm them in anyway... You don't build a relationship on fear and intimidation or threating physical harm...

think he may have meant emotionally, and he didn't really say 'wife' (ie, cars don't stab me in the back, unlike my last gf)

Ya I probably took that to literal. But an old buddy had a gf that was like that. She would go off on him. lose control of herself and throw knifes, pans, dishes, anything and everything. Actually hit him on the side of the head with a dish. 20 some stitches. He finally wised up and dumped her after that episode. But even if he just meant back stabing lies etc... Time to rethink the relationship... IMO

Trust is a absolute must...

Woman definitley. My wife has always helped me acquire and pay for my toys over the last 18 years. She helped my buy my first Harley before we were married.

I can always get another car.
