look like we got a new automated unpaid item system, it will auto file for you and do all the work.

http://pages.ebay.com/sell/UPI/stand...ess/index.html

but still, buyer can still not pay and leave bad feedback, which takes weeks to remove if at all by ebay and sellers can do nothing but leave good feedback, that if you say anything even close to bad in it, its removed in 3hrs or less.

You get a free second chance auction. Or you can contact the second highest bidder.

That would be the other thing, I always got more to sell, and I only do buy it now BIN listings.

Ah that sucks. To get around the Buy it now price and issue I usually set the auctions to 3 days and set the opening price a little less than I would want it at Buy It now. 90% of the time I get what I wanted as a Buy It now price if not more.

I no longer use Buy It Now.

BINs work out better on my end, cost 50cents to have a BIN run for 30days, that will auto relist every 30 days.

As a buyer I also go right for the BINs if I can.

Found out more info, if you turn it on, ebay will auto file and settle disputes for you, if they haven't paid within 4 days.

But unless you tunr on the auto file and settle, you have to wait 30days to file manualy.

sounds like a setup to me, the auto settle part that is.

I hate this person, but its like they do a buy it now on ebay, dont pay, then a month or so later, they do it again but pay right away.

Cause I just took a $180 order from them.

They gotta be both my most loyal and worst customer to date.
