I'd do some more work and try to figure out specifically what these guys (or girls) did. One of my best friends almost earned the title because his girlfriend was a year younger than he was and her parents went haywire. Not everyone who is titled a 'sex offender' is a pervert, and for every person labeled a sex offender, there are probably a dozen people who really are deserving but never got caught/nailed/exposed.

If you really want to 'take action' I would go personally, one on one, and talk to them. Tell them that you respect their privacy and tell them that they need to respect yours. You can always take more serious action in the future if they become a problem, but don't expect someone to move just because your not comfortable with them being there.

give you guys some back ground on me, I was Raped, Molested & sexually abused by several male members of my own family, most of it was done when I was really little ( I mean younger than my daughter) so I have always hated sex offenders no matter if its the slightest thing or what have you.

My step uncle raped me for 2yrs when I was 15.
My step father tried befor I left home, lucky for the local cop I wasnt forced to go back in to that house hold (he was not allowed to be around anyone under the age of 18 but I still lived in the house with my mom & him)

My step father was a Child molester who claimed that his daughter (HIS OWN FLIPPING DAUGHTER) & her best friend climbed in his bed & asked for sex (never believed it, still dont). I am sorry he was the adult he should have known better.

My nephew sexually assulted his sister to get out of the house they were living in, does it make it right, Hell no.

Well if you think its that serious then go ahead and do something about it.... But not everyone with that title is 'out to get you'.

It may be a matter for local law enforcement. If they are driving by the Bus stops, that could be something that breaks their probation. Best thing to do is get local law enforcement involved. Vigalante Justice never accomplished much, and in most cases can get alot of innocent people in trouble or worst.

I am Not saying they are out to get me, But I am concern that there is a house hold of sex offenders (all of them above a level 2) living in a neighborhood with children (which also including my daughter), Who I have said that couple of the guys living in the house have driven by her bus stop & slowed down.

We had one move into my nice quiet neighborhood all we did was post his picture on every telephone pole and a flier at every house... he moved.

You could easily go get a camera and record them doing something they aren't supposed to be doing... That goes a long way in getting things done with the Law.

Like the bus-stop thing. Record them doing it, take it to the police.

We have 5 cops that live in this area & they all say the same thing, unless the guys stop & talk to the kids they cant do anything.

Of course they will not do anything since if they are off duty its not their thing to do

Sounds like the cops don't have any kids of their own or they would be more concerned. Or maybe they are acting aloof because they have something in mind and don't want to alert anyone to it.

That extreme but EVERYONE should slow when passing a bus stop where kids gather, Chester the molester or not as kids run out into the street without notice and get killed daily.

I plan on getting some sort of GPS tracking device, like in a shoe, or braclet or something like that when my kids get older and are not in mine or my wifes sight 24hours.
