The Dodge definitely looks better than the Ford on the outside. The Ram's interior is nice but a bit plasticky. Ford really put a lot of effort into the interiors of their trucks for this generation, and it looks more livable, so they get the edge there.
But in terms of full-size exterior styling, the Dodge Ram has trounced everyone else ever since they started the "Big Rig" look in the early 90s. The only truck that's come close to looking as good as the Ram is the Titan.

I do not have a clue as to why Ford doesn't market it as such. Dodge has been sucessful marketing the Cummins name. Obviously GM doesn't want to market their big diesel as an Isuzu no matter how good Isuzu is at designing and building diesels.
