The longest I've went without a job was 5 years. I was in construction back in 2003 and I worked 10 hours a day 7 days a week for 3 months straight without a day off (approximately 90 days). I got so burned out from that, that after that job ended I didn't bother looking for work again until 2008. I found my current job about 6 months before the job market fell though around here and since then no one is hiring.

The only time I have ever been unemployed was by choice...having kids, things like that.

Hubby has worked full time since he was 16 without ever having a break, until 2 weeks before Christmas last year. He's still out of work. He's a 'Master Mechanic' working on Feintool presses and other metal stamping presses...hell, any manufacturing equipment for that matter. Unfortunately in Michigan there's not a lot of manufacturing or stamping going on = no job for him.

What's important is that you have T Tops in Miami. Mine are off just about every day in the Spring and Summer here

lmao yea t-tops or awesome. i have to fix the roof lining though. its like peeling off on the passenger side. ugly. people seem to look at me when i drive with out the t-tops. idk if itsa good thing or bad thing. lol the passengers like the t-tops off though.
