It - based on the book by Stephen King. I can't believe Tim Curry played the clown. He must've missed the makeup from RHPS and figured clownface was close enough.

I'll add some:

R.O.T.O.R - just plain horrible
Eragon - ripped off several fantasy authors (yes, I know wrote by a kid)
Never Surrender - and I'm a big MMA fan, this one stunk
Torque - really bad (except for Jamie Pressly)

this coming from a guy who re-watches old Godzilla movies constantly.

Solaris...and I dare not explain why its the worst. It just is. It only lasted a week in theaters and there were people walking out of the first showing. Even my own mother, who begged me to see it with her was embarrassed that she asked me to. I'd rather see the D&D movie again or even Double Dragon.

Find it strange that District 9 would be the worst for anyone, considering its directed by the same guy that everyone was hoping would make a Halo movie after watching his Halo 3 and ODST live action commercials.

Going overboard 1989 with Adam Sandler, good thing he improved over the years cause this was the worst movie I ever half watched! Something like a bad "B" under budget crap! Forced myself to see about 20 minutes and that was it.
