Can't believe you guys have not seen this before. It's obviously a Camaro "satellite" vehicle. Some Camaro owners have an escort car that clears the road looking for dumb-asses to avoid etc. Very common in California (Camaros and dumb-asses).

I didn't know they even offered a 4 door Camaro.... I mean with the 12" wheel upgrade.
