I liked my Sierra - great truck! I Loved my Denali! Another great vehicle

I must admit, I wasn't crazy about my '82 Camaro.

This one though, I LOVE!! Can't get enough of her! She went over 1300 miles today - and she's barely 2 weeks young!

Would've made a nice Silverado.

And this would've been a nice Sierra for GMC...

Both very attractive concepts...but very few design elements from either one went into production.

However, you are correct in the fact that GMC still has a large fleet presence in that GM still offers the Sierra, Canyon, and Yukon as commercial fleet vehicles.
Really, I could have sworn GMC was still making C Series trucks as well as the box vans. I had some of my insureds just buy brand new onews within the last few weeks?

I believe 2009 was the last model year for commercial vehicles...hang on, I'll check.

Yup, production ended in July.

Savana vans are still in production.

Sorry, but those are horrible designs. Glad those two did not make it into production.

They kinda did. That Terradyne is almost a dead ringer for the Sierra/Silverado quad cab on the GMT-900 chassis minus the suicide doors. :/

Terradyne had more of an angular design I suppose. I don't know, I kinda like it.

If they made the headlights actual..headlights, and put the blinkers in the right spot (on the sides of the lamps)..

I'd buy it. Then again I can go down to my Buick/GMC dealer and just pick up a Sierra 2500HD and get almost all of that. :/

Though if the club retires our Cheyenne and gets him a new Silverado/Sierra we don't have to worry about that.. and I'd buy the Cheyenne. I love that truck.. so many memories of snow days spent plowing snow with the pops.

GMC is the Fleet divion of GM, & I think if you want to get Tech about it, the Chevy pick ups are Refaced GMC trucks lol.

Buick has a long history, it was the first divion of GM,
