There are probably others but I don't recall them all.

They did go a little overboard.
I would put the wife's trailblazer ss up against any pos ford and leave you wondering how you just got beat by a awd suv.

I would proudly own most of those. I've driven a SS S10, left rubber on a 30 mph roll. Always fun. I would love to drive a Trailblazer SS. Cobalt SS was capable of doing Nurburgring 2 seconds slower than a 2010 Camaro SS. The Silverado SS was all wheel drive wasn't it. Would have been cool. The only one I was disappointed in was the SS Monte carlo. It had soo much potential. I drive by one every day and say, "why are you not RWD"

Owned a TBSS...Loved it!!! It was the 2WD version, but loads of tq. It was quite dodgy over 145 though. It was a nice replacement for our 96 Impala SS. If I could get past the immediate looks of the horribly named SS, then that would be the next daily driver, but for now we will stick with the 300C SRT8.

Here is a F150 Raptor alternative if they build, but GM probably wont.

I mean let's be honest, did you even read up on how these "issues" happened? Or are you just regurgitating 3rd hand internet forum info?
I do recall reading an instance on one of the raptor forums where a group of them went out to perhaps a desert setting and if I recall they didn't claim to actually do anything too ridiculous. However I could care less to find the thread.

That's a little extreme.
