Just an old Savage. Been through hell and back.
Current powerplant. For a monster truck its uh, pretty damn fast. ![]() Sorry it doesn't look as pretty as some of yours. It leads a rough life.

Man... does that gold pan bring back memories. I got mine in 9th grade. I sold it to the neighbor kid years ago and now kind of wish I would have held on to it. You know they did a re-release of the gold belly RC10 last year. Every one they got in at our local RC shop was gone pretty much instantly.

How do you like that LCG chassis? That was one of the best mods for the money... especially if you race the car. It makes that car drive like a completely different car. If you need a new bulk head STRC make a nice aluminum one for around 25 bucks. You won't break that one unless your jumping the thing off buildings.

I had a Savage 25 back in the day. In January, I picked up the new Savage X 4.6. When I was trying to tune it, I flipped it onto it's back without a shell. It bent everything connected to the motor and shredded the brakes. I replaced it all, but the motor is impossible to get tuned, and I don't know if it's from the damage. I cannot get the idle consistent and it's annoying.

Man talk about memory lane!
I was really into these things when I was in jr high up until college. Started out with a Tamiya Blackfoot at age 10 ![]() Then a Tamiya Bigwig. Original RC/10 with the gold tub. Losi JRX Pro Kyosho USA-1 RC10/T (this was the one I raced most with) Right as I left for college I bought a Kyosho Inferno MP6 with a Picco motor. I built the rolling chassis, and never got the damn thing to run. Ended up sitting collecting dust until long after I moved out of my parent's house. When they moved it stayed in their attic. Some new homeowner got a 700 dollar antique 1/8 scale buggy that had never seen dirt.
