Actually the CLA45 is now the entry level AMG, of course mine was the entry level at the time. But the C63 is highly respected in the mb community, its the most sought after AMG by tuners. A tuned C63 can beat a full bolt on s/c camaro.. with just a tune... let that sink in for a sec..

you said it was faster than the SS even moded, and a comment like that is always going to get some people here's panties in a bunch. your not allowed to say that about an SS here. some of them are really sensitive about it

Not true, I had my LT for two years and the SS for a few months. Sig has always been the same. I speak well on all models of this car. I know everyone in here likes Camaros because we are all owners or want to be owners. If i post a picture of another car in this forum i know some people may not like it. Why ? Because this is Camaro 5, nobody said anything disrespectful. There are plenty of cars faster than a Camaro, who cares! I didnt buy either of my Camaros because i thought they were the fastest on the road. If i leave this forum there wont be an announcement, im just out!

I just don't see where all that money goes.

Don't get me wrong, it looks nice, sounds nice. But i think i could find something better to blow my money on.

Don't you think since the AMG line is the performance line of Mercedes comparing to a stock SS is inaccurate.

The statement really is more about his justifying to himself the decision was the right one.

Frankly I served two years in Germany, and they use Mercedes for taxi cabs, so little old ladies would give you grey hairs running down the autobahn and whipping around cobblestone streets. Should have bought American used to mean something, now there are so many cars its kind of so what...how much did you have to pay for it? I prefer the new Jag F type to that any day for sexy looks, and the C7 way more, and well a lot of Italian names too.
