Seeing the history it seems to be a trend going on here. Lost souls the type people who aren't accepted or fit in public society so they turn to violence to get attention. I remember in High school a guy made a hitlist to kill everyone after 3pm at school on that list. Luckily word spread around school fast and they arressted that guy.
