Yep, they gave the Camaro a 6.3 rating on the interior??? Which of course dropped the hell out of its rating...
http://usnews.rankingsandreviews.com...e-Sports-Cars/ give me a f'n break... I test drove a G37 S when I was car shopping and part of the reason I went with the Camaro was the interior was WAAY nicer. We even told the inifiniti salesman what we thought while I was test driving it. That was a 45k car with nothin but REALLY cheap plastic, it was a joke. My Dad and I then went back to the Chevy dealership and I started signing papers. Yet they gave that interior an 8.1. (http://usnews.rankingsandreviews.com.../Infiniti_G37/) First foreign car I ever considered purchasing, never again. Not to mention sales guy was a stuck up ahole... Also they gave the infiniti and mazda a better performance rating. Yet the mazda is a full 2 seconds behind in the 1/4, even the V6 is almost a whole second faster!!! LOL These reviews are nothing but bias, like usual, with everything else in US.. |

I hope everyone screaming bias realizes their own opinions are bias by nature. These are subjective ratings, nothing more.

I think the "Mazda" you refer to is the rx-8 and if thats the case, it's a pretty solid performing car. It's not meant to be a factory drag car and has almost 200 horses less than the SS. Yet it's only 2 seconds slower? Huh. Seems fine to me. Big issue for me is that the racing style seats are largely uncomfortable and hard to get in and out of. And it's horrible on gas. And sounds like a leaf blower. Ok so maybe it's not that great but I wouldnt discount it as a performance car. Just not a muscle car. Obviously.

now don't get the wrong idea, I love my camaro, but Chevy needs to do a lot of work on the inside. I've been driving Nissan's and Honda's for the last 20 years and the difference in quality is astounding. now, it doesn't bother me cause I didn't buy my camaro for fit and finish..............I bought it to

I don't put any value into what Consumer Reports has to say about cars. To me, I couldn't care less about whether they rank the Mustang as the best sports car or the Avalanche as the best pickup (yes, they say the Avalanche is the best pickup for 2012).

I bet if GM dropped the new 5.5L in the Camaro and did nothing else it would win simply because its new and innovative.
