Currently working on my poli sci degree, but that's just a stepping stone towards law school. As a side note, today even with a masters it's still pretty difficult to find work. I've heard of so many grads that end up finding work in a field that had nothing to do with their studies because they couldn't find work in their original field. Sometimes that's a blessing, other times it just plain sucks.

I have an associate's degree of science from 1994 but didn't need it for my fruits and wine grapes grower and farmer career. I am taking classes for some auto tech certifications because I want to persue a new career in auto mechanics.

Uncle Sam paid for my education, as well as my wife's. She was commissioned right out of college, while I took the 8-years active enlisted "extended" plan first. Two different routes to the same ultimate conclusion: a Camaro (among other things, of course).

Masters in Accounting, CPA, CGFM. Went back after 17 years away. Worked full-time, ran my own business and in school full-time. I was 43 when I got my degree. Hardest thing I've ever done--but worth it. I've been on both sides of the Degree/No Degree fence, and while I know a lot of degreed idiots I'd rather have one than not.
